Where Every Journey Begins
Every WIIT adventure starts with a conversation. Join the WIIT Circle, our weekly gathering on Zoom every Sunday at 5 p.m. ET, where curious women come together to talk travel, art and culture. Each month highlights a new country where we share new topics, welcome special guests from creative worlds and give you the chance to ask anything about our trips. Think of it as an enhanced book club, and your first step toward finding your people before you ever pack a bag.
South Korea
Is a personal color analysis worth booking? What’s the deal with skin clinics and medical tourism in Seoul? Which skincare finds are worth the suitcase space? We’ll kick things off with Korea’s biggest beauty trends, then open the floor to everything from temple stays to the best neighborhoods to explore. Bring your questions, your stories and your curiosity.
Kenya
Luxury lodge or budget-friendly safari? When is the best time to catch the Great Migration? How do you choose an ethical wildlife experience? These are just a few of the topics on our list. We’ll also chat about Nairobi’s creative scene, the Swahili coast and the beadwork and coffee worth bringing home, plus anything else you’re wondering about.
Japan
With record crowds in Kyoto, where should you go instead? Is cherry blossom season overrated? Handmade knives, ceramics or stationery: which souvenirs are worth it? We’ll start there and let the conversation wander, from onsen etiquette to hidden towns to your own Japan wish list.
Scotland
Is the North Coast 500 road trip worth the hype? Should you trace your family’s clan roots while you’re there? Which filming locations are worth the detour? That’s just the beginning. Pull up a chair for a wide-ranging chat about whisky trails, castles, folklore and whatever Scotland questions you bring to the table.
Thailand
Did The White Lotus make you want to book a Thai wellness retreat? Do luxury resorts live up to the hype? How do you spot a truly ethical elephant sanctuary? We’ll dig into these and so much more, from Chiang Mai’s night markets to cooking classes, so come ready to share your own must-sees and questions.
Portugal
Everyone seems to be dreaming of moving to Portugal. Is it as idyllic as it looks? Lisbon or Porto? Madeira or the Azores? We’ll get the conversation started with Portugal’s buzziest questions, then follow wherever it leads, whether that’s fado, food, hand-painted tiles or the tinned fish everyone’s bringing home.
